Nationwide Data Collection (NDC) staff regularly undertake pedestrian count and interview surveys throughout the UK and Ireland. All NDC site staff are fully trained to ensure they are familiar with the survey questionnaire and the reasoning behind it. NDC staff are of neat appearance and instructed to be polite at all times to members of the public. It is standard practice within NDC that surveyors are managed by experienced supervisors.
